Minimal detailing featuring a stand collar cut as a continuation of the front body panel and a flat hem draws the eye to the silhouette and the unique character of the fabric. Raglan sleeves offer a soft line at the shoulder, allowing the silhouette to hang freely while side "pinch" darts produce a flare at the hem and a sense of airy volume. Constructed using french seams and flat felled seams for a long lasting finish that leaves a tidy encased interior; ivory coloured German Corozo buttons.

The Shijira-ori shirting is woven at a third generation mill in Shizuoka, Japan. Deceptively simple in its appearance, the hidden complexity of the weave pattern produces a subtle crinkled texture throughout the check, producing a floating lightness that is a joy to wear.
