A limited edition holiday candle that evokes a holiday season spent in the Swiss Alps. The candle pays homage to Marie's great great great grandfather, Ernest Solvay, a Belgian scientist and inventor with a passion for nature. He was fond of climbing the Matterhorn, and in 1915 he had a refuge, in the form of a tiny cabin, built to harbour him from the erratic weather below the peak of the Matterhorn.
